其他州的批准 and 国家授权 allow Concordia University Texas to offer educational opportunities to students nationwide through compliance with state and federal regulations. Concordia University Texas is a member of and participates 在 National Council for 国家授权 Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). This membership allows CTX to offer online courses in other NC-SARA states without having to obtain approval from each state

“The 国家授权 Reciprocity Agreement is a voluntary agreement among its 成员国和联合国.S. territories that establishes comparable national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary distance-education courses and programs. It is intended to make it easier for students to take online courses offered by postsecondary institutions based in another state.“-NC-SARA

Current authorized SARA member states include 49-member states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. 属维尔京群岛.

NC-SARA does not include provisions for state professional licensing requirements. 学生s (current and prospective) need to be aware that changing their physical location from one state to another while enrolled in an online program at Concordia University Texas may impact their ability to continue in online programs, or complete internship, practicum, or clinical hours. Concordia University Texas is committed to respecting all members of our community and providing a quality educational experience for all students. To that end, Concordia University Texas has established a formal complaint policy and procedure to provide students with a process for addressing complaints or grievances regarding any aspect of their educational experience. 学生s are encouraged to resolve complaints or grievances at the appropriate level of dispute. However, should this approach fail or be inappropriate, students may submit a formal complaint to the Provost and Executive Vice President describing the treatment, action or decision at issue and the remedy 寻求.
